As our business continues to grow (THANK YOU!) we realize that in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to schedule an appointment, the time has come to implement a few rules to ensure that each appointment time is respected for each client and each provider. 


Things happen! We get it. However, we try our absolute best to serve each and everyone of our customers with the best experience possible. We block every appointment for the appropriate amount of time to allow us to effectively communicate and deliver the best treatment for your needs. This becomes increasingly difficult if you show up late. We never want to rush, and we especially don’t want to cut into someone else’s appointment time, so we have instated a 15 MINUTE RULE. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment (without proper communication and pre-approval) we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge a missed appointment fee of $25.


Again, we totally understand that things happen that are out of our control at times. Out of respect for our business and for our other customers who could have had your spot, we kindly ask that you let us know if you can't make your appointment! We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment. If you fail to cancel within the 24 hour cancellation window, OR fail to let us know you're not coming at all, we reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee of $50. 3 No Call/No Show appointments on your record gives us the right to dismiss you as a client.
